Early edition. Original pale green cloth with titles in dark green to the spine, in dustwrapper. Illustrated with 12 colour plates by Ruth Dolman. A very good copy, the binding square and firm. The contents, with a previous owner's name in pencil to the front free endpaper, some foxing to the early and late pages and closed text block edge, are otherwise clean. Complete with the lightly rubbed, nicked and creased dustwrapper which is a little toned to the spine.
