Notes:

The first book devoted to a computer game, the Ferranti Nimrod launched and was available for purchase at the 1951 Festival of Britain. The computer ran a digital version of 'NIM', the ancient logic game which member's of the public were encouraged to play and at least one of which, Dr. Alan Turing emerged victorious. The booklet suggests capabilities for the Nimrod far beyond the computer game.
