A fine copy, the binding square and firm, the contents bright and clean throughout. Not price-clipped. The pink lettering to the spine of the otherwise fine dustwrapper is faded (the first half of the author's name in particular). Complete with the Waterstone's Signed First Edition wrap-around band. Signed by the author in blue ink to the title page. Leigh Fermor's account, in the form of three letters addressed to his wife, of a journey into the high Andes of Peru accompanied by five friends.
