This deluxe signed edition beings together Blatty's iconic horror novel 'The Exorcist' (Harper & Row, NY: 1971), the sequel 'Legion' (Simon & Schuster, NY: 1983), and 'A Conversation with William Peter Blatty' by Brian James Freeman. 'The Exorcist' was William Blatty's fifth novel, most famous for its 1973 film adaptation, and was directed by William Friedkin and starred Ellen Burstyn, Max von Sydow, Jason Miller, and Linda Blair. In addition to providing the screenplay, for which he won the Academy Award in 1976, Blatty was also a producer on the film.
