First edition, first printing. Signed by the author. Original black paper-covered boards with gilt titles to the spine, in the Paul Wright illustrated dustwrapper. A fine copy, the binding square and firm, the cloth bright and fresh. The contents, with light spotting to the top edge of the closed text-block, are otherwise clean throughout and without previous owners' inscriptions or stamps. Complete with the very slightly creased dustwrapper that is just a touch faded at the spine. Not price-clipped (£10.95 on the front flap).
