Housed in the grey and black cloth slipcase. Top edge black. Illustrated throughout with a frontispiece artwork by Ricardo Martinez and five full page black and white plates by Doug Bell. A fine copy, the binding square and firm, the contents are clean throughout and without inscriptions or stamps. Complete with the fine original dustwrapper which is free from fading, loss or tears. Housed in the fine, structurally sound slipcase.

Issued in an edition of 500 copies of which this example is numbered 18 and signed by the author Arturo Perez-Reverte and illustrators Doug Bell and Ricardo Martinez in black and blue ink to the colophon. First published in Spanish in 1993 as 'El Club Dumas'. The first English edition, 'The Dumas Club', was translated by Sonia Soto and published by Harvill Press in 1996.
