First edition of 'Invaders from the Centre' and 'The Centre Cannot Hold', revised edition of 'Journey to the Centre'. Limited edition. Three volumes. Signed by the author. Softcover. Publisher's original illustrated card covers with titles in white and red, yellow, and blue to the respective upper covers and spines, in the white card slipcase. A near fine set, the bindings square and firm, bright and fresh with just a little rubbing to the extremities. The contents, with some small marks to the fore-edge of the volume I, are otherwise clean throughout and without previous owners' inscriptions or stamps. Housed in the near fine, structurally sound slipcase, which has a few minor marks.

Issued in an edition of 500 copies, from which this example is numbered 101, and signed by Brian Stableford in black ink to the title page of each volume and in blue ink to the left side of the slipcase.
