First edition with these illustrations. Limited edition. Signed by the author. Publisher's original quarter green cloth and cream cloth boards, with black titles to the spine, in the Francois Vaillancourt illustrated dustwrapper. Housed in the dark green cloth slipcase, with titles in bronze foil to the spine and one side. Illustrated endpapers, and 10 full page colour plates by Francois Vaillancourt. A fine copy, the binding square and firm, the contents are clean throughout, and without previous owners' inscriptions or stamps. Complete with the fine original dustwrapper, that is without fading, loss, or tears and fine, structurally sound slipcase.

Issued in an edition of 500 numbered copies and 26 lettered copies, from which this example is numbered 54, and signed by Joe Hill in black ink to the limitation page. Hill's novella 'Late Returns' first appeared in his short story collection 'Full Throttle', first published in 2019 by William Morrow Publishers, USA.
