Second printing. Signed by the author. Original heavy card boards and yellow cloth spine with titles in white to the upper board and in black to the spine. Illustrated in colour throughout. A very good copy, the binding rubbed and scuffed to the boards but firm and without loss or tears. The contents are clean throughout and without previous owner's marks. Scarce in signed state.

Signed by Futura in black marker pen on the red front endpaper. The artist's first book, blending sketchbook, confessional, photo album and archive. Futura 2000 started writing in the early 1970's and was known for his abstract interpretation and futuristic style of Graffiti, he was prolific on the New York Subway trains and one of the earliest artists to crossover into the Gallery and music scene, exhibiting alongside Keith Haring, Jean-Michel Basquiat, Richard Hambleton and Kenny Scharf and famously painting backdrops live on-stage during The Clash's European tour. For nearly five decades he has been bringing the visual language of hip-hop and the street to a worldwide audience. Futura was cover artist for award-winning label MoWax and has designed clothes for GFS, Agnes B., Project Dragon and The Bathing Ape.
