Housed in the blue cloth slipcase with a square die-cut window. With a full page colour frontispiece and 16 full page black and white illustrations by Dirk Berger. A fine copy, the binding square and firm, the contents are clean throughout and without inscriptions or stamps. Complete with the fine original dustwrapper, which is free from fading, loss or tears.
