Each volume with a frontispiece and a gallery of illustrations in black and white at the rear. In fine condition, the bindings square and tight, bright and fresh. The contents are clean throughout and without inscriptions or stamps. Complete with the fine original dustwrappers that are without fading, loss or tears.

Each volume issued in an edition of 1000 [unnumbered] copies. A fourth volume was planned in 2018, but never issued.
