Publisher's original black cloth with silver titles to the spine, in the Deborah Brown illustrated dustwrapper which retains the quintessential black and white striped spine. A better than very good copy, the binding firm, bright and fresh, with just a little rubbing to the tips of the slightly rolled spine. The contents, with a previous owner's name in blue ink on the front endpaper, are otherwise clean throughout. There is some spotting to the closed text block. Complete with the lightly rubbed and creased dustwrapper which is without fading, loss, or tears. Not price-clipped (£3.95; repriced on a publisher's label fixed to the lower front flap). Uncommon.
