Top edge green. Illustrated throughout with a colour frontispiece and seven full page black and white plates by Sarah Dahlinger. A fine copy, the binding square and firm, the contents are clean throughout and without inscriptions or stamps. Complete with the fine original dustwrapper which is free from fading, loss or tears.

Issued in an edition of 400 copies from which this example is numbered 18 and signed by the author Thomas F. Monteleone, illustrator Sarah Dahlinger and dustwrapper artist Lisa Falkenstern in black ink on the colophon. First published as a paperback original in 1984 by Pocket Books, this Centipede Press edition features a bonus short story 'Taking the Night Train'.
