Three volumes (all published). Quarto. Publisher's original black cloth with titles in silver on red to the spines. All three volumes are in very good or better condition, the bindings square and firm with a little bumping at the spine tips. The contents, with the bookplate of Richard Barber to the front pastedown of each, are otherwise clean throughout. The closed text block edges are a little spotted. An attractive set.

The Second Folio is a facsimile of a copy held in the Library of Trinity College, Cambridge (Shelfmark: Grylls 10:230); The Third Folio is a facsimile of a copy held in the Library of Queens' College, Cambridge; The Fourth Folio is a facsimile of a copy held in the Library of King's College, Cambridge. Provenance: Richard Barber (historian and publisher); Richard Rowland (scholar of Renaissance literature and a former lecturer at the universities of Oxford and York).
