First UK edition. Original red paper-covered boards with titles to the spine in black, in dustwrapper. A very good or better copy, the binding square and firm, the boards clean and bright, the spine tips with very slight bumping. There is some spotting to the closed text-block edge, the contents are otherwise clean throughout and without inscriptions or stamps. Complete with the lightly rubbed, nicked and creased dustwrapper that has a few tiny closed tears and just a hint of fading to the spine. Not price-clipped (12s 6d on the front flap).
