Publisher's original dark brown leather with gilt titles to the upper board and spine, gilt illustration to both boards, four raised bands, with three gilt decorated compartments with gilt borders. All edges gilt. Gold satin bookmark. Patterned and textured endpapers. Colour frontispiece. A fine copy, the binding square and firm, with a hint of rubbing to the extremities.
