First edition, first printing. Publisher's original black cloth with yellow titles to the spine, in dustwrapper. Deckled fore-edge. A very good copy, the binding square and firm, the cloth bright and fresh, with some bumping to the spine tips and just a little rubbing to the extremities. The contents, with light toning to the closed text block and the occasional tiny brown mark throughout, are otherwise clean and without previous owners' inscriptions or stamps. Complete with the rubbed, nicked and creased original dustwrapper, which is chipped to the upper spine folds and to the head of the toned front flap fold, and has a moderate chip to the bottom edge of the scratched rear panel, with light toning to the spine and a short closed tear to the top edge of the rear panel. Not price-clipped ($3.95 on the front flap).
