Reprint. Publisher's original grey cloth boards and white vellum spine, with gilt titling to the spine and blind stamped crest to the top right of the upper board, without dustwrapper as issued. Illustrated with five maps. A very good copy, the binding square and firm, with bumping to the spine tips and board corners. The cloth on the upper board is lightly spotted along the right edge, with the vellum spine toned. The contents are clean throughout and free from inscriptions or stamps.
