THE FALL OF KELVIN WALKER A FABLE OF THE SIXTIES

First edition, first printing. Signed by the author. Light grey cloth lettered and decorated in silver (matching the design of the jacket). A very fine copy, sharp, tight and square, with no marks or blemishes. Vivid blue endpapers. In the fine dustwrapper, designed and illustrated by the author. Not price-clipped and correctly priced (7.95) to the front flap. An immaculate copy.

Signed in black ink, without dedication, to the front free endpaper. The author's third novel, adapted from a play of the same title written in 1964, produced for BBC television in 1968, and eventually staged in 1972. Unusually for Gray, there are no internal illustrations. (Moores B3a).
