First edition, first printing. Publisher's original red cloth with gilt titles to the spine, in the James Broom-Lynne illustrated dustwrapper. A near fine copy, the binding square and firm with a touch of rubbing to the extremities, the cloth bright and fresh. The contents with mild foxing to the top edge of the closed text block and a few spots to the fore-edge, are otherwise clean throughout and without inscriptions or stamps. Complete with the mildly toned dustwrapper, which is free from fading, loss or tears. Not price-clipped (£2.25 net to the front flap).
