Publisher's original black cloth with gilt titles to the upper board and spine, with floral gilt illustration to both boards, in the black cloth, gilt illustrated slipcase. Gold satin bookmark. Illustrated endpapers. A fine copy, the binding square and firm, with a touch of rubbing to the top-right corner of the upper board. The contents are clean throughout, and without previous owners' inscriptions or stamps housed in the structurally sound slipcase, which has a couple of small white paint marks to the backstrip.

Issued in an edition of 250 copies, from which this example is numbered 100, and signed by David Wingrove in black ink on the limitation page.
