Original glossy boards printed with an illustration by Ben Baldwin, in a dustwrapper that has an oval cut-out to the front panel that reveals part of the illustration below, and sections from the cover artwork of the first edition printed on the flaps. With colour reproductions of the cover artwork of the 1966 first edition to the prelims. A fine copy, the binding square and tight, the contents clean throughout and without stamps or inscriptions. Complete with the fine original dustwrapper. Scarce.

The first hardcover edition of the novelisation of the 1965 erotic horror film 'Orgy of the Dead' starring Criswell and Fawn Silver, written by the cult film director Ed Wood Jr. and directed by Stephen C. Apostolof (as A. C. Stephen). The novelisation, first published in 1966, was also written by Ed Wood.
