First edition. Limited edition. Quarter blue cloth with patterned paper covered boards and titles in gilt on a black paper label to the spine, in cloth slipcase. Illustrated with tipped in frontispiece of Paul Nash's 'Cornilla 2' and a fold out facsimile page of the artists working directions for 'Urne Buriall'. Printed in Bembo type on Somerset mould-made paper by Hand and Eye Letterpress. A fine copy, the binding square and firm, the contents are clean throughout and without inscriptions or stamps. House in the fine structurally sound slipcase.

Issued in an edition of 125 copies of which this is numbered 13 on the colophon. There was also an edition of 25 copies numbered i to xxv bound in quarter black goatskin.
