First edition, first printing. Original blue cloth with dark blue titles to the spine, in the Frank Kelly Frease illustrated dustwrapper. A very good copy, the spine tips and corners with some bumping, the spine slightly faded. There is light offsetting to the endpapers and a little faint spotting to the closed text-block edge. Complete with the lightly rubbed and nicked dustwrapper which has creasing to the flap folds and spine tips. Not price-clipped ($3.50 on the front flap).

A collection of five science fiction stories by Catherine Lucille Moore (1911-1987), one of the earliest female science fiction writers. The stories originally appeared in Astounding Science Fiction magazine between 1943 and 1950. Published in an edition of 4000 copies.
