Issued in a limited edition of 750 numbered copies (and 26 lettered copies), this example is numbered 557 and is signed by Dave McKean and Stephen Gallagher in black ink on the limitation page. Ray Bradbury's first collection of short fiction, 'Dark Carnival', was originally published by Arkham House in 1947 and again with revisions in 1955 as 'October Country'. This volume contains the full original text of 'Dark Carnival' (comprising 27 stories) and includes five 'Lost Stories', 'The Sea Shell', 'Bang! Your Dead!', 'The Poems', 'The Watchers' and 'Time Intervening'.
