First edition, first printing. Publisher's original red cloth with gilt titles to the spine, in the original dustwrapper. Illustrated throughout with full page line drawings by Filippo Sanjust. A near fine copy, the binding square and firm, the cloth and gilt bright and fresh. The contents, with some faint offsetting to the front and rear pastedowns, are otherwise clean throughout without stamps or inscriptions.
