Publisher's original green faux leather with black titles to the spine and illustration to the upper board, in the Francois Vaillancourt illustrated dustwrapper and green faux leather slipcase with die cut window. Illustrated with a colour frontispiece and 12 further full page black and white plates by Francois Vaillancourt. A fine copy, the binding square and firm the contents are clean throughout and without inscriptions or stamps. Complete with the fine original dustwrapper, that is free from fading, loss or tears. Not price-clipped ($125 to the front flap). Housed in the very near fine, structurally sound slipcase which has just a few light marks to bottom edge.

Issued in an edition of 750 copies, from which this example is numbered 585 and signed by the author Peter Heller and illustrator Francois Vaillancourt in black ink on the limitation page. The author's debut novel, which was nominated for the Arthur C. Clarke award in 2013.
