Illustrated throughout the text with black and white photographs and illustrations in both volumes, with 14 colour plates in 'The Heart of the Antarctic'. A fine set, the bindings square and firm, with bright gilt and clean cloth that is without fading. The contents are clean throughout, in the fine box.
