First edition, first printing. Original green cloth with gilt titles to the spine, in dustwrapper. Illustrated with scraper-board illustrations throughout. A very good copy, the binding firm, the spine toned, the cloth lightly rubbed at the extremities. The contents, with a gift inscription to the front free endpaper and some foxing to the first and last few pages and text block edge, are otherwise clean throughout. Complete with the lightly rubbed and nicked dustwrapper that is toned to the spine. Not price-clipped (9s net to the front flap).
