A catalogue of a private collection of Japanese Imperial propaganda textiles, produced in an edition of just 10 copies for Edward Gibbs of Sotheby's, London. 249 items of the 431 piece collection was amassed by the Japanese collector and dealer Sachiko Hirai over a 25 year period, before being sold to the current owners in 2007. This catalogue highlights 124 items, fully illustrated and with a brief description.
