First edition, first printing. Original grey cloth with gilt lettering to the spine, in dustwrapper. A very near fine copy, the binding square and firm, the contents clean throughout. Very lightly spotted to the upper page-block edge. Shallow nick (c. 1 x 3 mm) to the outer edge of the final four pages. Complete with the lightly rubbed dustwrapper that is a touch nicked to the upper spine tip. Not price-clipped (£12.50 to publisher's label affixed to the front flap).
