Housed in the black and blue illustrated cloth capped slipcase, with light blue titles and pictorial onlay to the backstrip. Top edge blue. Marbled endpapers. Black satin bookmark. Richly illustrated with six two-colour wood engravings by Vladimir Zimakov and various stereoscopic black and white illustrations by David Ho throughout, complete with the original 3D viewer housed in a plastic holder in the blue paper-covered compartment fixed to the rear pastedown, as issued. Includes colourised gallery of cover art from previous editions and film poster artwork at the rear. An excellent fine copy, the binding square and firm, the cloth bright and fresh. The contents are clean throughout, and without previous owners' inscriptions or stamps. Complete in the dustwrapper which remains without fading, loss or tears. Housed in the lightly rubbed, structurally sound slipcase.

Issued in an edition of 300 copies, from which this example is numbered 272, and signed by the author of the introduction Neil Gaiman, and illustrators Matt Mahurin, David Ho, and Vladimir Zimakov in red and black ink, respectively, on the colophon.
