THE KILL LIST [with] THE TRACKER: A SYNOPSIS.

Two states of the author's original computer / word processor generated manuscript written in 2013, with a synopsis (possibly for a film treatment), written in 2015. Printed on rectos only. Each title page signed by the author. The first, inscribed in ink by Forsyth 'Original publisher's proof 2013' comprises 234 loose pages, with the editor's corrections indicated throughout. The second, inscribed in ink by the author 'Publisher's proof 2013' on the title sheet comprises 219 loose pages, and has the corrections implemented. The synopsis comprising a cover sheet with the title 'The Tracker' and 36 pages, is bound in a clear sleeve folder and is inscribed by the author 'Synopsis of what was re-titled The Kill List 2015'. He has also placed a yellow post-it note on the cover inscribed 'The Kill List'. In very good condition, the final page of the corrected version of the manuscript has a coffee stain to the lower corners and is torn with some loss to the fore-edge (neither affecting the text). Rare, almost certainly unique in this form.

Each of the three pieces is signed by the author in black ink. The author's own copies of the manuscript of the penultimate novel. This item forms part of a collection of the author's own proofs, manuscripts and film scripts, gifted to and inscribed for a close friend in 2017.
