FLASH FOR FREEDOM. From the Flashman Papers 1848 - 1849.

First edition, first printing. Publisher's original red cloth with silver titles to the spine, in the Arthur Barbosa illustrated dustwrapper. A near fine copy, the binding square and firm with just a little bumping to the lower spine tip, the cloth bright and fresh. The contents, with a small bookseller's paper label to the bottom left corner of the front pastedown (hidden by the dustwrapper flap), are otherwise clean throughout and without inscriptions or stamps. The top edge of the closed text block is just a little dusty and ever so lightly spotted. Complete with the price-clipped original dustwrapper that is a little creased at the extremities and without fading, loss or tears.

The third book in the Flashman series.
