Limited edition. Signed by the author. Two volumes in stiff card slipcase. Illustrated boards in dustwrappers, both designed by Pedro Marques. Fine copies, the bindings square and firm, the contents are clean throughout and without inscriptions or stamps. Housed in the structurally sound slipcase which is mottled on one side.
Issued in a limited edition of 200 copies, with this example numbered 39 and signed by Lavie Tidhar on the limitation page at the front of 'A Man Lies Dreaming'. The standard trade edition of A Man Lies Dreaming was published in 2014 by Hodder and Stoughton. It was winner of the 2015 Jerwood Fiction Uncovered Prize 2015. "Theodor Adorno said that to write poetry after Auschwitz was barbaric. To which I would say, yes, but you can still write an excellent novel." (Philip Kerr). The second volume 'Lust of the Swastika', a novella, was only available as part of this slipcased limited edition.
