Original blue cloth with a grey cloth spine lettered in gilt, with a grey paper title label to the upper board lettered and bordered in gilt. Illustrated throughout with wood engravings in blue by Rosemary Roberts. A very good copy, the binding square and firm, with a liquid stain to the spine. The contents are clean throughout and without previous owners' inscriptions or stamps.

Issued in a limited edition of 165 copies, this example is numbered 124 and signed in pencil by Rosemary Roberts, the illustrator, publisher and printer, on the limitation page. An epiphany story by George Mackay Brown written in 1991.
