A SECRET OF OLYMPUS

First edition in this form. Inscribed presentation copy. Publisher's white card covers with cream wrappers printed in black. Tall 8vo. 20pp. Colour frontispiece by Arthur H. Buckland and four monochrome illustrations (three by Abbey Altson) throughout the text. A very good copy, the wrappers toned at the extremities, the contents with some darkening and a couple of tiny closed tears at the page edge. Occasional pencil marking to sentences or paragraphs (presumably by Vita Sackville-West). Scarce in this format, a off-print of the Pall Mall Magazine, produced for the author (and magazine's owner).

A fantasy story. Inscribed by the author to Lady Sackville-West in black ink on the inner front cover "To Lady Sackville / With the compliments of the author / W. W. Astor".
