First edition, first printing. Publisher's original green textured paper-covered boards, with titles in black to the spine and a publisher's advertisement in black to the lower board, in the G.P. Micklewright illustrated dustwrapper. Unpaginated. With publisher's advertisements printed to the endpapers. A very good copy, the binding firm with a little bumping, the spine rolled and a touch toned. The contents, toned to the pulp paper-stock and with some spotting to the endpapers and corners of around 18 pages, are otherwise clean and without inscriptions or stamps. Complete with the rubbed, nicked and creased dustwrapper, that has small chips to the spine tips and edges, and some foxing and marking to the rear panel. Uncommon in the dustwrapper.
