First edition, first printing. Publisher's original red cloth with black titles to the spine, in dustwrapper. A very good copy, the binding square and firm, the cloth lightly toned to the upper edge. The contents, with offsetting to the endpapers and pastedowns, and spotting to the top edge of text block, are otherwise clean throughout and without inscriptions or stamps. Complete with the lightly rubbed and nicked dustwrapper that is a touch toned to the spine with some light spotting to the rear panel and underside. Not price-clipped (15s net to the front flap).
