A beautifully presented collaboration between Nobel Prize-winning poet Derek Walcott and acclaimed painter Peter Doig. Walcott wrote these 51 poems in response to the paintings reproduced alongside them. Their collaboration grew from a long-standing friendship, forged during Doig's years living and working in Trinidad between 2002 and 2021, where he became a close friend of the St Lucian poet.
