First edition. Publisher's original Marcel Duchamp designed, embossed white card covers, printed in red and blue. Illustrated in black and white throughout. Loosely inserted stapled checklist, as issued. A near fine copy, the binding square and firm with minor rubbing to the extremities and a few dust marks. The contents, with the attractive ink stamp of artist, art historian and gallerist Inez Garson to the blank inside of the upper and lower cover, are otherwise clean throughout. The loosely inserted checklist is in fine condition.

Published to coincide with the last official International Surrealist Exhibition, organised by Andre Breton in collaboration with Marcel Duchamp, which took place between 28 November 1960 and 14 January 1961 at D'Arcy Galleries in New York.
