ROADS TO GLORY

First edition, first printing. Publisher's original brown cloth with gilt titles to the spine, in the Paul Nash designed dustwrapper. A very good or better copy, the binding square and firm with a little bumping at the spine tips and corners. The contents, with a little toning to the text block edge, are otherwise clean throughout and without inscriptions or stamps. Complete with the rubbed and nicked dustwrapper that is creased to the top edge and toned to the spine. Not price-clipped (7s 6d net to the lower front flap). An attractive example.

A collection of 13 short stories, based on the author's experiences in the First World War.
