PIERREPONT'S DAUGHTERS

First edition, first printing. Publisher's original brown cloth with black titles to the upper board and spine, in dustwrapper. An excellent better than very good copy, the binding square and firm, the cloth fresh and bright. The contents with a previous owner's bookplate and shelf stamp to the front pastedown, and his ownership inscription at the head of the tile page are otherwise clean throughout. Publisher's catalogue dated Autumn 1935 at the rear. Complete with the lightly rubbed and nicked dustwrapper that remains without fading, loss or tears, just a little dustiness and a few light marks to the upper edge of the lower panel. With the publisher's printed price of 7/6 net to the bottom of the spine, covered with a later 3/6 paper label.

Apparently the author's 112th novel, most of which, as here, are stories of love and romance.
