First edition, first printing. Signed by the author. Original black cloth with gilt titles to the spine, in dustwrapper. A very good copy, the binding square and firm, very slight bumping to the board edges and a scratch to the spine and upper board. The contents, with a few very faint spots to the text block edges, are otherwise clean throughout. Complete with the original rubbed and nicked dustwrapper which has two small holes to the spine. Not price clipped (a sticker has been removed from the price, leaving residue, but 9s. 6d. can be read).

Signed by the author in blue ink to the front free endpaper.
