MAIGRET AND THE NAHOUR CASE

First UK edition, first printing. Original dark blue boards with silver titles to the spine, in the Beverley Lebarrow designed dustwrapper. A very good copy, the binding square and firm, the bottom corners with very slight bumping. There are a couple of small marks to the closed text-block edge. The contents, with offsetting to the endpapers, a small bookseller's label to the front pastedown and a single word annotation in pen on the first page of text, are otherwise clean. Complete with the lightly rubbed, creased, and nicked dustwrapper that is a touch faded to the spine and has a short closed tear to the head of the spine. Not price-clipped (18s. net to the front flap).
