A bumper list to kick off the New Year, made up mostly of science fiction, fantasy and crime fiction, much from a single owner collection of c.12,000 books that we cleared a few days before Christmas. Whilst it took one person and half a century to assemble the collection, it needed two booksellers (four of us), four large vans, and a sizeable new storage unit to shift and begin to process it. Lots of fun to had unpacking in the coming year. From other sources a nicely bound set of first editions of A. A. Milne and E. H. Shepard's Winnie the Pooh books, two of which are signed by the illustrator, and a sparkling first edition of Ian Fleming's The Spy Who Loved Me stand out.
As always further images and details are available on request or by clicking through to our website.
